The issue was that when I clicked the button „download” (like in this
image:
http://live.gnome.org/TranslationProject/ContributeTranslations?action=AttachFile&do=get&target=l10n-reserve.png) I got a pot file instead a .po one.... like it should
Now it seems to work...
so nevermind ... sorry for disturbing..
