In plugins/time/gedit-time-setup-dialog.ui, I can see:

<property name="text" translatable="no">%d/%m/%Y %H:%M:%S</property>
(...)
<property name="label" translatable="yes">01/11/2002 17:52:00</property>
I suppose that if the first one is not translatable, the second should
not be neither, should it?
