How to change the default asignee for the language (Gujarati) component?

Hi,

I have been co-ordinating Gujarati localization for Gnome since last
couple of years after Mr. Nirav Mehta handed over it to me. Owner
information has been changed on the language team page:
http://l10n.gnome.org/languages/gu/ however new Gujarati bugs are
still getting assigned to earlier co-ordinator by default.

Is there a way to change the default asignee?
