GNOME module reorganisation

Hi!

The release-team has sent a proposal for GNOME module reorganization. This
highly affects translation so I would encourage the team coordinators to
participate in this discussion (some have already) and of course everybody
else interested.

Discussion takes place in a thread on desktop-devel-list so please keep it
there so everyone will read your answers (e.g. don't discuss this on
i18n-list).
