Don't worry, this is the first release in a development cycle, so we're
not even expecting translations to be anywhere near ready. I fully
understand that this stuff takes time.
We are going to stabilize towards a major release near the end of
summer. That release will be shipped in distributions. When that comes,
I'll be enforcing a formal string freeze period and announce this much
further in advance. Is something like a month reasonable?
