In addition, according to

for the Malay language the contact address is Hasbullah Bin Pit.
When a bug report is filed for Malay, the contact address receives a
notification e-mail.
You may want to add either your own e-mail address or put a mailing
list address (like Google Groups).

how do i change that on gnome bugzilla?
