damned lies: update ooo-build/LibreOffice links

Hi,

At the moment http://l10n.gnome.org/module/ooo-build/ points to a repo
that does not exist any more:
  http://cgit.freedesktop.org/ooo-build/ooo-build/

The repo has moved to http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/build


Also statistics don't seem to have been updated in a while:
translations for Romanian have been commited [1] for a while (back
before LibreOffice), but Damned Lies doesn't know about the commits
and considers Romanian is at 0%.
