I added it. It also appears in GNOME Extra applications for each language.

The page is at http://l10n.gnome.org/module/postr/ and there are two
l10n issues shown there
that need to be addressed,
a) missing file for POTFILES.in, and b) adding LINGUAS, DOC_LINGUAS files.
