Need help in submitting translations

Hello everyone,

I, Anurag Garg, contributor for Gnome Hindi translations, for past some time I am trying to contact Hindi team coordinator without any luck. I've completed few different package and documentation translations and would like a help in submitting it to GIT server.

Kindly advice for the same, or an alternative method to commit my translations to the server.
