It is not the case for many other languages (like Vitnameese) and a
general fix is needed before gnome3. If Spanish got full coverage before
gnome3 release, then that to-be-written fontconfig snippet shouldn't
affect it as fontconfig is smart enough to know what languages a font is
supporting.
