Gnote 0.7

Hi All,

I'm new maintainer of Gnote and a newbee maintainer at all and I do not
know, how the translation branches are made.
I have create a stable-0.7 branch for Gnote, while master is going to
become a 0.8. The 0.7 version is still supported and there probably will
be new releases of it. Currently only master branch is available for
translation, can anyone help me to add 0.7 as well?
