GParted 0.13.1 to be Released August 8, 2012

Hello Translation Teams,

GParted version 0.13.1 is planned for release on Wednesday, August 8, 2012.

All language translations completed prior to this date will be included 
in this release.

Please note that there have been no new translation strings added for 
this release.  Translations that were up-to-date for 0.13.0 will still 
be up-to-date.
