intltool updated on l10n.gnome.org

Hi translators,

Just a notice to inform you that intltool has been updated to the 0.50.1
version on l10n.gnome.org.

One noticeable difference is that strings from xml files are no more
sorted alphabetically in po files, but in order of appearance in the
files.
It will also allow extraction of application menu translations from .ui
files.

Thanks to all people involved in this change (Danilo, Piotr, Andrea, and
all those that I forget).
