Happy new year translators and localizers!

I filed a bug requesting an SSL certificate for l10n.gnome.org and Olav
kindly replied with the message you can see being forwarded.

I already added a comment on the bug [1], but maybe before doing
anything someone wants to comment there also :)

We could also turn https on for everything. However, IE users will get an
annoying warning (doesn't trust startssl).
