The gray-scale slider in the "Color effects" tab is labelled "Color". Other
sliders in the dialog append a colon after their label, e.g., "Brightness:".
For consistency, the label on the gray-scale slider should be "Color:".

primarily need to know.

But Gil, this is only a cosmetical change. Not that important at all.
That being said, it would be fine by me for .1, but not for .0.
So -1 for now, and 2/2 after 3.6.0.
