I noticed that you uploaded the po on Damned Lies [1]. I checked it.
And I have some comments:
About fuzzy strings
-------------------
Your latest po has some fuzzy strings. Some original strings have two
spaces after a period. But msgids corresponding to them in your po has
only one space. This difference makes them fuzzy. See the following
example:
#: ../src/orca/orca_console_prefs.py:321
#, fuzzy
#| msgid "Enable echo by word? Enter y or n: "
msgid "Enable echo by word? Enter y or n: "
msgstr "शब्द-शब्द बोल्ने हो? ? y वा n टङ्कण गर्ने: "
If your translation doesn't have any problem, all you need to do is
just remove the fuzzy flags.
About Header Entry
-------------------
msgid ""
msgstr ""
"Project-Id-Version: ORCA in Nepali\n"
"Report-Msgid-Bugs-To: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?"
"product=orca&keywords=I18N+L10N&component=i18n\n"
"POT-Creation-Date: 2013-01-13 21:11+0000\n"
"PO-Revision-Date: 2013-01-07 08:33+0545\n"
"Last-Translator: हिम प्रसाद गौतम \n"
"Language-Team: Nepali\n"
"Language: नेपाली\n"
"MIME-Version: 1.0\n"
"Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8\n"
"Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit\n"
"Plural-Forms: nplurals=2; plural=n>1;\n"
"X-Generator: Poedit 1.5.4\n"
Last-Translator:
The format of this field should be "YOUR NAME <EMAIL>". In addition,
it would be better not to use non-ascii characters in the header entry
because the character encoding is not yet specified at this point.
In your case, I think the following is better:
"Last-Translator: Him Prasad GAutam <drishtibachak gmail com>"
Language:
It need to be set to the language code of your language, or "ne". See [2].
Plural-Forms:
According to the plural forms list by the Translate Project [3] and
some ne.po from other modules, the plural forms of your language
should be "nplurals=2; plural=(n != 1);". Is that right? Would you
check which is appropriate? Of cource, you can use other forms. If you
use not "plural=(n != 1)" but "plural=n>1" with purpose, it's not a
problem.
