vte branches

Hi;

I noticed that translators are committing to vte master. However, there
are no planned releases from master for the forseeable future; all work
is going on in the vte-0-34 branch. (And
https://l10n.gnome.org/module/vte/ incorrectly lists master as 'string
frozen'.) 

There will be a new vte release from vte-0-34 next week, so
this would be a good opportunity for translators to copy their work
from master to vte-0-34.
