String additions to 'gnome-control-center.gnome-3-8'

There have been following string additions to module 'gnome-control-center.gnome-3-8':

+ "Turns off Mobile Broadband (3G, 4G, WiMax, etc.) devices"
    + "Turns off wireless devices"
