String additions to 'folks.master'

There have been following string additions to module 'folks.master':

+ "No oFono object manager running, so the oFono backend will be inactive. Either oFono isn’t installed or 
the service can’t be started."

Note that this doesn't directly indicate a string freeze break, but it
