Maybe I'm missing something, but why do you feel that a comment for
this string is the solution? I honestly think it should be removed
entirely and the corresponding one used from GTK+. Otherwise we leave
the door open to inconsistencies. It frustrates me that these kinds of
things can't be kept in one place so that it can be consistent across
the whole desktop. Every now and then I get dates formatted wrong on
my desktop just because some module hasn't been translated yet, even
though date formats are centrally defined (actually in two "centres":
my glibc locale and in glib).
