Number of Git authors and committers updated [was: Re: Release Notes Available To Translate]

Both versions have the exact same numbers of gitcommits and gitauthors.
Is this just a coincidence, or do we need to update the numbers of 3.10?

I just updated the git author and commit numbers. 
Obviously this broke translations. 
I'm going to fix them later today if nobody is faster.
