GNOME-Commander 1.4 to be released on March 17th, 2014

Hello Translation Teams,

GNOME-Commander 1.4 is planned to be released on Monday, March 17, 2014.

Major changes and updates were made in the documentation. The
GNOME-Commander application itself contains some new and changed
strings.

All language translations completed prior to March 17th will be included
in this release. Your language translation efforts are appreciated.
