String additions to 'gdk-pixbuf.master'

There have been following string additions to module 'gdk-pixbuf.master':

+ "JPEG x-dpi must be a value between 1 and 65535; value '%s' is not allowed."

Note that this doesn't directly indicate a string freeze break, but it
might be worth investigating.
