String freeze for gLabels 3.2.1

All strings in the glabels glabels-3_2 branch have been frozen in 
preparation for gLabels version 3.2.1.

All language translations committed to the glabels-3_2 branch prior to
Nov 10, 2014 (Monday) will be included in this release.
