Its an error message. Something you'll see on stderr, not the kind that
shows up in dialogs. We don't translate most of these in GTK+ anyway. 
On top of this, it is a transient placeholder - it will go away if GL
functionality gets implemented on OS X (and before then, it will only
show up if you happen to use GTK+ on OS X). So, I don't think it is
worth loosing too much sleep over,
