Polari - Labels on connections details dialog

Hi everyone,

This is just to let everybody aware that we changed the labels on connections properties dialog from "Name" and "Server" to "Connection Name" and "Server Address". There were some concerns about the clarity of those labels during review, so we're changing them to something less ambiguous.
