Docs BoF @ GUADEC 2016

Hi all,

The docs team is planning to organize a BoF for those going to GUADEC this
year, possibly from August 15-17 during the three BoF days following the
conference.

Kat created a BoF page where you can sign up, share your topic ideas, etc.
