Commit PO file into git

Hi all,

I'm not able to commit this file directly from DL, and these days I will have limited access to my ssh key, so I wanted to ask you if someone could commit this PO file into git for me.

It's an updated translation of the video-subtitles module (https://l10n.gnome.org/vertimus/video-subtitles/master/gnome320/es)
