String freeze break request for Polari

Hey everyone!

For the upcoming 3.20.2 release, I would like to include the change in https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=766066, which introduces new strings:

"Upload “%s” to public paste service?" and
"Uploading “%s” to public paste service …" (in both cases "%s" is a filename)

I can work around the freeze break by reusing existing strings ("Upload image to public paste service?", "Paste %d lines of text to public paste service?" etc.) if necessary, but would prefer the new strings.

As mentioned in a quick chat with Alexandre, I'd be happy to do a .3 release in the future when some translators miss 3.20.2.
