GNOME Commander: Created branch gcmd-1-6

The branch 'gcmd-1-6' was created pointing to:

97f07df... Increase version number

This is the new stable branch of GNOME Commander. The branch 'gcmd-1-4'
can be removed from Damned Lies.

Also I'd like to express my big gratitude to all the translators
contributing to the latest 1.6 release! You all really did a great job!
