Freeze break request for GNOME Shell

Hey,

I would like to request a post-3.24.0 freeze break for https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=780252, which introduces one new string :

If gnome-weather is installed but hasn't been used yet, so there's no location to show a weather forecast for, we should display "Select a location…" in the calendar drop-down.
