introducing transtats

Hi Everyone, This in Sundeep, working with i18n eng team. I m working on a project - transtats - which helps tracking translation completeness in packages for a release (maybe, fedora release). At a glance translation report for packages as a group (for a release) or as an individual (detail picture). Tool to inspect translation deficiency and errors in final shipment (srpm). Hope you may find http://transtats.xyz interesting! Plus, I had one, small request - as transtats is consuming DamnedLies APIs - need to add "https://github.com/transtats/transtats" here: https://wiki.gnome.org/DamnedLies under "Services using these APIs".
