Both xdg-desktop-portal and xdg-desktop-portal-gtk is on the list.

Hi,

The difference is that xdg-user-dirs-gtk is hosted on GNOME infrastructure, therefore it’s not in the freedesktop group (which at this point should really be called “external” or something like it.)
