Release of GIMP 2.10.10 planned "soon"

Hi translation teams!

GIMP 2.10.10 should be released very soon, though we don't have any clear schedule. It may be in a few days, next week or a bit after, but not much longer hopefully. We should get a bit more organized, but well here it is. :-)

So if you feel like updating translations for your language, now may be the time.

As usual, the work is meant to happen on branch `gimp-2-10` in priority.
