GParted 1.0.0 to be Released May 29, 2019

Hello Translation Teams,

GParted version 1.0.0 is planned for release on Wednesday, May 29, 2019.

The major change with this release is the migration from gtkmm2 to
gtkmm3 (our GTK3 port).

All language translations completed prior to this date will be included
in this release.
