String freeze break for gnome-shell 3.36

Hello,

I would like to request a string freeze break for the 3.36 branch of gnome-shell (GNOME Extensions application). One of the strings was not marked as translatable and as a result is untranslated in the actual app. The issue was already fixed in the master branch.

I believe that this issue should be also fixed in the 3.36 branch because it is clearly visible in the user UI of the Extensions application and degrades the user experience for non-English users.

This merge request marks the "Extension Updates Ready" string as translatable.
