It is considered best practice, when it comes to translations and
handling freezes, to branch off as late as possible and hopefully
*after* the first release of a series. There are probably translation
teams that started working on master when the freeze was announced and
that will have to manually handle the situation, if they even notice
that there is another branch. It was the case for at least French
where we had to finish the flow that we started on master and then I
had to manually upload the file again for that release branch.
