Release of GIMP 2.99.6 (dev version) incoming

Hi translation teams!

We are planning a development release of GIMP (i.e. branch `master`). Our current plan is **Sunday 25th of April**. As usual, the date is not set in stone, so it might happen a bit later too. At least that's the plan for now.
