The "rc" module

Hi,

I apologize for the late notice, but I noticed that one of the modules 
to be moved is the "rc" module.  That was renamed "rug" some time ago, 
and a CVSROOT/modules entry exists mostly so that people can check out 
"rug".

If possible, when you migrate that module, can you migrate it as "rug" 
rather than "rc"?  I would appreciate it.

(As to its maintenance, I'm not sure.  I left the team responsible for 
it a couple of years ago, and I'm not sure if it's going to see active 
development.  In any case, it's probably not a very large module so it 
shouldn't affect migration and it could be moved to the archive later.)
