A GNOME Etherpad instance

I think it would be great if the sysadmin team would want to set-up a
Etherpad instance [1] [2] like this one [3] where community members
can collaborate on content that are not ready for the wiki, taking
meetings notes. I don't think it would require massive amounts of
resources/storage.
