could you please add video/ogg as mimetype for .ogv files on
videos.guadec.org. that way browsers can play the videos directly
instead of triggering a download.

this should be as easy as adding the equivalent of
 echo video/ogg ogv >> /etc/mime.types
to the puppet config.
