Please archive the module at https://git.gnome.org/browse/contacts/ (not to be
confused with https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-contacts which is still
active). That module has been dead for years, even translation commits are
sparse.

I have no clue whether there is an associated bugzilla product or anything else
that will need to be closed as well.
