@federico, fixed, the name of the page containing the group of people with admin access has to end with the word "Group" [1], I did rename the page to https://wiki.gnome.org/CodeOfConductCommittee/CodeOfConductCommitteeGroup and fixed the acl, it's working as expected now, thanks!
