pinnable menus

It might be cool if, when you pull of a menubar / toolbar, you could
change it's orientation from horizontal to vertical. An example of this
type of switching is IRIX's 4Dwm Toolbox. That way, people who like
their menus horizontal can keep them that way, and those of us who miss
NeXT can have menus that way too. Just a thought.
