Short CVS tutorial on http://www.gnome.org now

I wrote a short 'What is CVS?' tutorial on http://www.gnome.org/whatiscvs.shtml
for those new to GNOME and CVS who want to develop GNOME apps and need to
grab the latest sources for reference and study.

I still recommend that new users with no interest in developing software
are better off grabbing compiled binaries, as the stuff in CVS can be
frustrating to work with if you aren't used to putting square pegs in
round holes.
