This means it can't find your X input library, libXi. However it's looking
in the right place for Debian (-L/usr/X11R6/lib) and my Debian system has
libXi. Do you have any libXi files in /usr/X11R6/lib? What is the ouput
of 'dpkg -S Xi'?
