gtk+ files missing

After getting the latest gettext to solve the recent aclocal problems in
gtk+, ive run into some missing files: 

Computing dependencies for gtktypeutils.c...
gtktypeutils.c:929: gtktypebuiltins_vars.c: No such file or directory
gtktypeutils.c:931: gtktypebuiltins_evals.c: No such file or directory
gtktypeutils.c:972: gtktypebuiltins_ids.c: No such file or directory
make[2]: *** [.deps/gtktypeutils.P] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/gnomecvs/gtk+/gtk'

a fresh checkout of gtk+ didnt help things any.

is anyone else getting this problem?
