I solved this one myself. Turns out, doing "make install" in gnome-libs,
doesn't copy all include files.

Doing this solves that problem:
cp /usr/local/src/redhat/SOURCES/gnome-libs/libgnomeui/*.h
/usr/local/include/libgnomeui
