more build oops'es

I installed gtk-1.1 and gnome-libs built fine.  Now gnome-guile-0.13 bails
on configure:

./ltconfig: ./ltconfig: No such file or directory
configure: error: libtool configure failed
configure: error: ./configure failed for guile-gtk

Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.
