MICO is an implementation of CORBA.  Right now Gnome uses it as its
ORB.  This will change once our own ORB, ORBit, works.

MICO is only needed for the stuff in gnome-core.
I recommend installing it, though, because the stuff in gnome-core is
some of the more mature and useful code.
